Wireless Flow Sensor
Never Miss a Blockage
A wireless blockage sensor designed to detect the presence or absence of flow in dry fertilizer and small grain delivery systemsin gravity-fed or positive-pressure applications.

The Visum Small Grains is a wireless blockage sensor that allows farmers/operators to remotely monitor the presence or absence of small grain and fertilizer flow in each row. When a flow interruption or blockage occurs, the operator is alerted immediately.
Available for both gravity-fed and positive-pressure systems, the sensor installs inline between the metering unit and the hose with no inter-row cables and no complex setup required.
A single system can monitor up to 99 rows simultaneously, detect fertilizer and small grain flow across the entire machine, using the Visum Monitor Kit.
The Visum Small Grains is available in two versions one for each dosing system.
Designed to detect small seed and fertilizer flow in gravity-fed, volume-based systems. The sensor installs inline between the metering unit and the hose while maintaining the original hose length.
Designed to detect small seed flow in machines that use positive-pressure, volume-based delivery. Installation varies - avoid grouping sensors in the same area and maintain the minimum inclination.
All sensors communicate wirelessly with the Visum Monitor in the cab.
Monitor fertilizer and small grain flow at the same time on the same system.
Monitor up to 99 rows from a single unit for full-width fertilizer and small grain flow coverage.
Built for field conditions - resistant to dust, dirt, water exposure, and corrosion.
Every product we develop is powered by proprietary technology and supported by more than 100 patent applications across our portfolio.
No inter-sensor cables. RF network eliminates harness failures and simplifies installation.
Brazilian manufacturer with global reach. Developed alongside farmers, tested in real conditions.
Dedicated research centers in São Paulo and Curitiba, with field-to-factory teams working across every stage of product development.
From Field → R&D → NPI → Factory → Sales → After-sales → Field. Every J.Assy product goes through a complete development cycle with real farmers.
Present in 27+ countries. Operating in the US since 2016. Present in 80% of Brazilian machine manufacturers.
No. The Visum Small Grains has a long-life internal battery that does not require replacement during the normal lifespan of the product.
Yes. The system allows simultaneous monitoring of fertilizer and small grain flow on the same machine and the same monitor — up to 99 rows total.
Yes. The Visum Small Grains is available for both gravity dosing and positive pressure dosing machines. Installation procedure may vary between the two types — refer to the product manual for details.
Check that the cable is intact and properly connected to a 12V–24V power supply (red/blue = positive, black = negative). Also verify that the fuse is plugged in and intact.
This is often caused by encrusted fertilizer on the sensor walls. Clean the inner surface with a soft cloth or sponge. Use running water and neutral soap for a more thorough cleaning — never use pressurized water, as it can damage the sensor.
Access function F2 on the monitor and adjust the volume level. Volume can be set to mute (A1), low (A2), medium/factory default (A3), or high (A4).
Check that all rows have sufficient flow and that no section has been accidentally turned off. If the issue persists, inspect the sensors for fertilizer buildup on the walls and clean as needed.
This is likely a configuration issue. Access function F3 and adjust the screen brightness. Available levels are: low (B1), medium/factory default (B2), and high (B3).
The issue may be related to signal strength or antenna placement. Verify the antenna is mounted vertically on the monitor and has a direct line of sight to the sensors. Remove any radio interference sources nearby and reposition the monitor if needed.
