Wireless Flow Sensor
ONE KIT. EVERY CROP.
A metering disk, singulator, and ejector wheel combined into one compact part. Switch crops in minutes, with zero adjustments and no risk of losing components.

The Kit Apollo is a technology specifically developed and patented by J.Assy for use in pneumatic seed meters.
Built to deliver a high level of planting performance with low maintenance and zero adjustments, it's a compact, practical solution that replaces the seed metering disk, singulators and ejector wheel — all in a single part.
Switching crops takes minutes: simply swap in the cropspecific Kit Apollo disc, with no risk of losing loose color-coded for its crop, ensuring excellent seed distribution and singulation right out of the box.
Available for Corn, Soybean, Cotton and Canola, with more crops in development.
*Compatible with vSet® 2 by Precision Planting® only. Trademarks not owned by J.Assy are the property of their respective owners and their use does not imply any affiliation with J.Assy.
Currently available for Corn, Soybean, Cotton and Canola.

Developed for corn seed size ranging from 1,000 to 3,100 seeds/lb, with a maximum seeding rate of 38 seeds/s

Developed for cotton seed size ranging from 3,600 to 6,300 seeds/lb, with a maximum seeding rate of 50 seeds/s.

Developed for soybean seed sizes ranging from 1,700 to 5,300 seeds/lb, with a maximum seeding rate of 120 seeds/s."

Developed for soybean seed size ranging from 1,700 to 5,300 seeds/lb, with a maximum seeding rate of 120

Developed for canola seed sizes ranging from 75,300 to 149,700 seeds/lb, with a maximum seeding rate of 110 seeds/s.
Metering disk, singulators and ejector wheel combined into a single compact part.
Installs directly into the existing seed meter — quick, practical maintenance with no extra parts.
Maintains planting accuracy and performance even in challenging field conditions.
Every product we develop is powered by proprietary technology and backedby more than 100 patent applications across our portfolio.
No inter-sensor cables. The wireless radio network helps eliminate harness failures and simplifies installation.
A Brazilian manufacturer with global reach. Developed alongside farmers and tested in real field conditions.
Our dedicated research centers in Sao Paulo and Curitiba support field-to-factory teams across every stage of product development.
From Field → R&D → NPI → Factory → Sales → After-sales → Field. Every J.Assy product goes through a complete development cycle with real farmers.
Present in 27+ countries. Operating in the US since 2016. Present in 80% of Brazilian machine manufacturers.
The Kit Apollo is currently available for Corn, Soybean (standard and high-population versions), Cotton and Canola, with more crops in development.
The Kit Apollo is compatible with vSet® 2 by Precision Planting® only. Trademarks not owned by J.Assy are the property of their respective owners and their use does not imply any affiliation with J.Assy.
It's recommended to clean the Kit Apollo at the end of each planting season, using a dry cloth and compressed air. Avoid harsh chemical cleaning products such as Solupan or Metasil.
Yes, place the Kit Apollo in a horizontal position and apply lubricant spray across the disk's surface — disassembling the kit is not required. Allow it to dry for at least 30 minutes before use.
Confirm the kit matches the crop being planted and that the baffle position is set correctly. Check that vacuum pressure is properly set, seeds are lubricated, there's no debris in the disk holes, and the vacuum seal and kit show no signs of excessive wear.
Try decreasing the vacuum pressure until multiples are reduced, confirm seeds are properly lubricated with dry powdered graphite or talc, and check the kit for signs of excessive wear.
Look for wear on the upper pads (increased multiples or skips), deformed metering disk holes affecting seed distribution, or ejector wheel teeth no longer reaching through the disk holes. Any of these signs mean it's time to replace the kit.
Store the Kit Apollo in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight, and avoid exposing it to temperatures above 203°F (95°C) or below -22°F (-30°C).
